Hi Friends!
My name is Hannah and I review books at @hannahreviewseverything on Instagram. This is my space to review things that are not books.
What to expect:
Once a month, I publish a long form essay on a topic that I believe is important enough to dedicate 2,000 words to. Sometimes I might get overly eager and write two essays in a month. (Crazy!) If I don’t think an essay is worth the reader’s time, I promise I’ll take the L and not publish it, rather than spam your inbox with a subpar essay.
Who I am:
I’m a reader, writer, educator, and excessively passionate human being. My full-time job is teaching English Language Development to multilingual students at an K-8 school in California. My part-time job is teaching group fitness and yoga classes. I also run Yoga for Immigrant Justice, a fundraising initiative for causes that promote dignity and justice for immigrants. (Past passion projects: hosting a college football podcast for several years with my one of my best friends, publishing a blog/public diary with extremely personal essays throughout my early 20s, randomly co-authoring a book on college basketball, and lots of volunteer work & humanitarian activism.) I spend a lot of time doing a lot of things, and writing is my way of making sense of all of them.
Thanks for joining me on this journey!
